We would like to inform you of a cloud instance performance issue that is currently being worked on by our DevOps team.
As a result, you may experience occasional access outages with your Morphisec Console to be inaccessible.
If such and occurrence happens, please open a support ticket with us at support@morphisec.com or through the support portal, support.morphisec.com, and we will provide a temporary measure solution until the issue is completely resolved.
We will send out another email upon final resolution or further updates.
We expect the issue to be solved as part of this upcoming Sunday maintenance window (Aug 8th 20201).

Please keep in mind that your Morphisec endpoints are still fully protected, as the Morphisec Protector (client side) does not rely on the Morphisec Console in any way regarding protection.
